Our hospitality projects include Hotels, Restaurants and Lounges. We are currently building the S-Hotel, a boutique 5-star hotel that blends African luxury hospitality with 21st century architecture and an excellent customer service. Our plan is to have an S-Hotel in every capital city in Africa, starting from Lagos and we hope to have 100 Hotels across the continent before 2030.

Government and Institutional Consultation

We also consult for the government and institutions at all level and have carried out projects in all areas of Construction and Renovation of Schools, Road Construction, Construction Advisory and Procurement as well as Consultancy to the State Government on Housing and Works.
